Sense Data is Marcel Duchamp meets the Rorschach test. The audience enters a set of Rorschach-like, animated response cards. The abstract shapes grow slowly more concrete as the film continues. Something dark stirs in the viewer, uninvited, and stays. Without warning, the cards begin to picture the pathologies of the powerful. A series of strange, otherworldly, and sometimes sinister mental spaces takes shape. Music by Max Perryment. Look long enough, and the ink returns the look.
